Gingerbread Creations Inc. originated as a home-based business in 1990 and since that time has grown to be one of Ontario's most successful small businesses. Being a family business, we value, as you do, the education and learning enjoyment of children. This is why offers group tours (February through to May) of our bakery. Our 1-hour tour consists of a real "hands-on" experience whereby the students, adorned in aprons, will partake in a "bingo" fashioned alphabet game giving them the opportunity to participate in royal icing and gingerbread making workstations. During these workstations they will learn all about the gingerbread ingredients, baking process, and of course the much anticipated sampling (mmm). To complete the tour, each student will decorate their own gingerbread cookie and will be given an unlimited amount of Nestle Smarties for their artistic touch. Each student will bring his or her freshly decorated creation home in a personalized bag!

The fun doesn't stop there! For their extended enjoyment, a Gingerbread Creation (wrapped & bowed) will be given to take back to the school.

	Cost: $7.50 plus GST per person (Teacher and Two Helpers - Free)
	Number of Children: 20 to 40 per tour

Please Note:

Tours suited for ages 3 to 9

For children with food allergies, please bring a snack to eat while classmates are tasting gingerbread.

For safety reasons, heavy equipment are non-functional during the tour.
